Ora I. Williams, 89, of Fort Branch IN, passed away on July 5, 2018 at River Oaks Health Campus in Princeton, IN. 

He was born to the late Ora and Rosa (Jenkins) Williams on July 18, 1928 in Gibson County IN. 

He worked at International Harvestor and retired from Whirlpool after 33 years. Ora was an Army Veteran having served in the Korean War and a member of Masonic Lodge #696. He was also a member of Enon General Baptist Church in Princeton IN. Ora taught Sunday School and served as Deacon for many years, was a member of Gideons, Jail Ministry, Haiti Mission Trip and flew on an Honor Flight in 2016. 

Besides his parents, Ora is preceded in death by a sister; Beulah Memmer Hatfield and brothers; Virgil, Ancel and Adrian Williams. 

Ora is survived by his wife, Catherine (Riley) Williams of Fort Branch, IN, and 2 daughters; Pam Wade of Fort Branch, IN and Sandy (Dave) Benefiel of Oakland City, IN, two grandchildren; Nathan Wade and Brittney (Tyler) Walls and a great-granddaughter due in August.  

Services will be Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 10:00 am at the Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN with Pastor Ken Reeder officiating. Burial will be at Providence Cemetery in Somerville, IN with Military Honors to be performed by VFW Post #2714.  Visitation will be on Monday, July 9, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Stodghill Funeral Home.
