James W.
Woodburn, 73 of Princeton passed away Sunday, June 24, 2018, at Deaconess
Midtown in Evansville.
He was born
in Princeton, April 28, 1945, to Jim and Dorothy (Rembe)
Woodburn.
He lived in
Princeton most of his life, graduating from Princeton High School in 1963. He
worked in carpentry before retiring after 23 years with Snap-On Tool.
Jim is
survived by his wife, Becky McKenzie Woodburn of Princeton; two children,
Janelle (Jon) Zeisler of Princeton and Jason Woodburn
of Greenfield; four grandchildren, Beau and Morgan Zeisler
of Princeton, and Hannah and Joseph Woodburn of Greenfield; cousins, James
Mason of Evansville, Terry Geesken of New York City,
Jenifer Heidi (Russ) Gruelle; nieces, Elizabeth
Montgomery of Georgia, Cathy (Michael) Johnson of Wisconsin, Kelly (David)
Phillips of Princeton; nephews, Tim (Marla) Wilkerson of California, Tom (Amy) Olds of Oakland City, and Dan Olds
of Florida.
He was
preceded in death by his parents; brother, Dennis Woodburn; and two sons, James
Woodburn Jr. and James David Woodburn.
Graveside
service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Decker Cemetery near
Patoka, officiated by Father Brian Emmick. Family and
friends will meet at the cemetery. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton has been
entrusted with arrangements.
