Rosanna Summers, 93, of Princeton, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at The Waters in Princeton.

She was born June 21, 1924 in Princeton, IN to Samuel and Hazel (Grubb) Humphrey.

She worked at the former G.C. Murphy’s for 35 years. She was a former member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by her daughter, Gayle Whitler of Princeton; 3 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Gayle Summers in 1981; 2 sons, James and John Summers; and a brother, Sam Humphrey.

Graveside service will be held at 10 am on Friday, June 22, 2018 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Patoka, IN, officiated by Pastor Skip Farmer. Burial will follow. There will be no visitation. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton has been entrusted with arrangements.
