Patricia
M. (Hardiman) Creech, 70, of Princeton, passed away
Saturday, June 2, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, IN.
She
was born January 4, 1948 to Delbert and Barbara J. (Dottie Hardiman)
Chavis.
She
graduated from Princeton Community High School and continued her education at Lockyear in Danville, IL, graduating with a Business
Degree. She was employed with Potter & Brumfield for 27 years, until they
closed. She then was employed with Gibson General Hospital. Before retirement
in 2017, she was GGH employee of the year, which she was very proud of.
She
is survived by her mother, Barbara Chavis of Ft.
Wayne; sons, Casey L. Ford (Janet) of Princeton, John Creech of Butt, Montana;
daughters, Mariaha McAlister of Ft. Lipton, Colorado
and Rita Miller of Montana; brothers, Elbert E. Chavis
of Princeton, Shelby Roberts of Kalamazoo, Michigan and Delbert Kearns of New
York; sisters, Sondra (Hardiman) Segura, Delberta Hardiman, Janet (Chavis) Dougan and Melodie Chavis; grandchildren,
Zack, Ashley and Casey Jo Hutton; great grandson, Darrius Hutton; and several
nieces and nephews.
She
is preceded in death by her father; brother, Kenneth Hardiman;
and her husband and love of her life, Arnold Creech.
Funeral
service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Colvin Funeral
Home in Princeton, IN, officiated by Elder James Wilkerson Jr. Burial will
follow in Sand Hill Cemetery, Lyles Station, near Princeton. Visitation
will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Colvin Funeral Home.
