Sean Michael Whitehead, 23, of Princeton, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2018 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Evansville, IN.

He was born on July 1, 1994 in Princeton, IN to Bradley and Shannel (Straw) Whitehead.

Sean was a production worker through Aerotek at Toyota. He coached T-Ball and Little League. In his younger years he liked to ride BMX. He was very active and enjoyed running and lifting weights.

He is survived by his mother, Shannell Whitehead of Francisco; fiancée, Jennifer Smith of Princeton; stepchildren, Addilyn Pearson and Kaelynn Noble; sister, Alexis Whitehead (Dwain Dyer) of Francisco; grandparents, Paula Eagan of Francisco, Sue Whitehead of Owensville and Jimmie Whitehead of Princeton; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bradley Whitehead; grandparents, John Straw, Jack Eagan; and a cousin, Matthew Gatewood.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 25, 2018 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, officiated by Pastor Brad Keenan. Burial will follow at Mt. Tabor Church Cemetery near Mt. Olympus, IN. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Thursday at Colvin Funeral Home.
