Vaughn
Edward Schuessler, 51, of Princeton, IN passed away
at his home May 18th, 2018.
He
was born in Princeton, IN on November 7, 1966.
A
1984 graduate of Pike Central High School, Vaughn had a brief stint in the Army
following high school. He spent several years in Delphi and Kokomo, IN
working at Indiana Packers before settling in Princeton, IN in 2012.
Collecting antique electrical insulators and sharing his extensive knowledge of
them with others was a passion that he enjoyed. He also enjoyed
watching football, especially the Indianapolis Colts and old Western movies.
Everyone Vaughn met he considered a friend.
He
is survived by his parents, Linda Duncan of Oakland City, IN and Ed and Kay Schuessler of Winslow, IN along with brothers and sisters
Scott Mason of Brookville, IN, Davarna (Robin) Bond
of Princeton, IN, Stephanie (Mark) Painter of Fortville, IN, and Brian (Candi) Schuessler of Winslow, IN along with nieces and
nephews.
Preceding
him in death are his grandparents, George and Wilma Schauss
and John and Sophia Schuessler, a sister Melissa
Mason, and niece Dayna Rainbolt.
Funeral
service will be held at 10:30 a.m. CDT Wednesday, May 23rd, 2018 at Corn-Colvin
Funeral Home in Oakland City, with Pastor Don Priest officiating. Burial will
follow at Williams Cemetery in Pike County. Visitation will be from 4 until 8
p.m. CDT Tuesday, May 22nd and again from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. CDT
Wednesday at Corn-Colvin Funeral Home.
