Hiram Michael Knight 68 of Oakland City entered rest on April 11, 2018 at his home.

He was born on Oct.5,1949 in Gibson County to Hiram and Esther (Tisdale) Knight.

Mike was a member of Oakland City Eagle and was a former employee of Bridon
American in Oakland City. He served in the United States Army during Vietnam 

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Jerry Knight great nephew Trevor Nalley,
Half- brother Hassell Knight, Paul Meyers, half-sisters Chloe Brock and Garnel Lynch and Pansy Howell. Survived by niece Cassie Harker of Petersburg, great Nephew Trenton Nally and great niece Trisha Nalley. Half-sister Faye Winkler of Vincennes, IN and Rhonda Hoover of Oakland City, IN.

Celebration of Mikes life will take place on Saturday May 12, 2018 from 2:00-3:30 P.M. (Pike Time) at Full Gospel Church 124 W. Washington St. Oakland City, IN. Burial will take place in Knights Chapel Cemetery. Family has entrusted Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel for personal assistance.
