M. Ann Young, 76, of Evansville and formerly of Princeton, passed away Saturday evening, February 10, 2018 at her home of natural causes.

(Born 6 Oct 1941.)

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Powell Lee and father, William Powell of Princeton; also three brothers Bill Powell, Bob Powell and Johnny Powell; two sisters, Joan Bender and Brenda Deffendall and her son, Tony David Young.

Surviving are three daughters and one son-in-law, Tammy and Patrick Griffith of Iowa, and Vickie Hill and Beth Young both of Evansville; 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

There will be a Celebration of her Life, and a dinner in her honor at the Oakland City Eagles, 119 E. Washington Street, Oakland City, IN 47660 from 3 – 5:30 p.m. Thursday, February 15, 2018. The family asks that everyone attending, please bring a dish. Colvin Funeral Home, 425 N. Main St., Princeton, IN 47670 has been entrusted by the family for assistance.
