Cheri E. Polk, 71, formerly of Princeton, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Columbia Healthcare in Evansville, where she had lived for 6 years.

She was born September 4, 1946 in Denver, CO to Shelley and Loretta (Anderson) Rhym.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, Lenet Johnson, Denver, CO and Kim Johnson of Chicago, IL; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Juneau McNair of Denver, CO and Denise Richards of Ormond, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tyla Seabrooks; and 2 brothers.

There will be no services. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, IN has been entrusted with arrangements.
