Georganna Campbell, 92, of Owensville, passed away, Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Transcendent Healthcare of Owensville.

She was born February 5, 1925 in Gibson County to the late Lawrence Loyd and Lena V. (Cross) Garrett.

She was a member of Maumee General Baptist Church in Johnson and retired from Emge Packing Company. Mrs. Campbell was a devout Christian who loved caring for her family, friends, and neighbors, and she enjoyed cooking.

Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Virgil Campbell, one son, Thomas W. Campbell, three sisters, Eldora Garrett, Coleen Strickland, and Geneve Wagner, and one brother, William “Blue” Garrett.

Survivors include two children, Beverly Campbell of Evansville and Allen “Sherry” Campbell of Ft. Branch. She was blessed with 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00PM, Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Holders Funeral Home in Owensville. Burial will be Maumee Cemetery in Johnson. Visitation will be held from 10AM-12PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
