Judith L. Whitehead 71, of Winslow, entered rest on Saturday October 7, 2017 at
Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville.

She was born on November 25,1945 in Oakland City to Forrest & Thelma (Fulk) Sills.

Judith had worked at Good Samaritan Nursing Home for 34 years and was a Supervisor in Environmental Dept.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Betty Smith.

Judith is survived by husband of 52 years Steve Whitehead, daughters, Staci Morrow of Crane, IN and Tina Hasenour of Jasper, IN. Also 4 grandchildren, sister Bonnie Mason of Winslow and brother, Ronnie Sills of Oakland City. 

Services will be Wednesday October 11,2017 1:00 P.M. EST at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel. Rev. Danny Walker will be officiating, with burial in Williams Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until services on Wednesday at the chapel.
