Michael E. Pride 65 of Oakland City entered rest on Thursday August 17, 2017 at
His home.

He was born on Feb. 22,1952 in Oakland City to Elwood and Helen (Culbertson) Pride.

He had worked at the Ole Country Woodshop in Winslow, IN.

Michael was preceded in death by his father Elwood “Woody” Pride.

He is survived by wife Jeannie G. (Loveless) Pride, mother Helen Pride of Petersburg, IN. Sons Thomas Pride of Francisco and Timothy Pride of Oakland City. Grandchildren Locke E. and Elayna K. Pride. Sisters Cynthia Coleman of Oakland City and Molly Myles of Terre Haute, IN, Mother-in-Law Dexter Loveless of Petersburg. 

Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Sunday August 20,2017 at the Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with Rev. Gene Burkhart will be officiating, Burial in the Willis Cemetery in Willisville, IN. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until services on Sunday.
