Beverly C. Pritchett, 66, of Princeton, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017 at The Waters of Princeton.
She was born December 13, 1950 in Princeton to the late Harold Campbell “Happy” Pritchett and Nancy Lucretia (Hardiman) “Shug” Pritchett.
She was a graduate of Princeton High School and then worked for the former Potter & Brumfield Mfg. Co. in Princeton before going to work for the U. S. Dept. of Agriculture for over 30 years, retiring in 2005. She was a member of Hillside United Methodist Church in Princeton and had formerly served on both the Lyles Station Restoration Committee and Habitat for Humanity.
Beverly is survived by her son, Brent Pritchett of Princeton; 4 siblings, Karen Sue Morgan of Princeton, Robert Pritchett of Columbus, OH, Richard Pritchett of Princeton and Sheila Pritchett of Indianapolis; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Barry Pritchett.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Hillside United Methodist Church, 828 W. Archer Road, Princeton, IN 47670, with Pastor Chris Neikirk and Pastor Jarmon Perkins officiating. Burial will follow at Sand Hill Cemetery near Lyles Station, west of Princeton. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. (noon) until the hour of service on Wednesday at the church. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton has been entrusted with arrangements and is honored to serve the Pritchett family.
