Lena Ruth Martin, 96 of Princeton, passed away Monday, April 24, 2017 at The Waters of Princeton. 

She was born Mar. 31, 1921 in Gibson County, IN to Robert and Sudia (Law) Mayhugh. 

She had lived in Princeton all of her life. She was a member of the former Baldwin Heights Tabernacle, now the Friendship Christian Church in Princeton. She retired from Hansen’s Manufacturing in 1986, after working there for 22 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen Wagnon of Princeton; 4 grandchildren, Kendra, Kenneth, Patrick and Rebecca; and 19 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles W. Martin who passed away, Jan. 4, 1984, brothers, Luther, Lawrence, Leonard, Sam and Willard Mayhugh.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, April 30, 2017 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Ralph Clark officiating. Burial will follow in the Columbia “White” Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be from noon until service time on Sunday at the Colvin Funeral Home, who has been entrusted with the arrangements.
