Sharon L. “Barrett “Myers 70 of Oakland City entered rest on Sunday March 12, 2017 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, IN.

She was born on April 12,1946 in Princeton, IN to Wilmer L. & Ruby L.”Cornette” Barrett.

Sharon was member of Oakland City American Legion # 256, Fraternal Order of Eagles and Muren Church of God.

She was preceded in death by her Parents and great grandson Branson Benefiel.

Survived by children: Angie (David)Hick of Francisco, Darren (Dee Dee) McCandless of Gentryville, Brent McCandless of Oakland City and Jamie Wildt of Indianapolis, IN, Sister: Debby Barrett of Oakland City, IN, (9) Grandchildren, (11) Great- Grandchildren. 

Services will be Saturday March 18, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. (Oakland City Time) at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Clint Woolsey officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until services.
