Warren Hedges 90, of Oakland City entered rest on Wednesday March 29,

2017 At Good Samaritan Home in Oakland City.

He was born on July 27,1926 in Gibson County to Daniel and Cumi (Green) Hedges. 

Warren was a W.W. II Navy Veteran, and member of Forsythe United Methodist
Church, he worked at the Princeton Plating Company, Chrysler Corporation, Whirlpool Corporation, and Pflug Farms.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Shirley, brothers; Hamilton Hedges, Francis Hedges, sisters; Mary Corn, Edith Weber, Velma Conrad.

Survived by daughter, Joy (Alan) Whitman of Oakland City, son, Phil (Perry) Hedges of Oakland City, son Kenny (Judy) Hedges of Ft. Branch, grandchildren; Nathan Whitman, Alicia (Travis) Lashbrook, Josh Hedges, Kolten (Emily) Hedges, Shellia (Ty) Cochran, Jaclyn (David) Coomer, Ashley (Brian) Fuhs, John (Ashley) Wilson, Curtis (Emma) Hedges, 13 great grandchildren, brother; Harold Hedges of Mt. Vernon, IN

Services will be Saturday April 1, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Lamb Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Forsythe Cemetery. Rev. Kristi Calhoun will be officiating. Visitation will be Friday 4:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
