Jaunita M. McIntire, 82, of Princeton, passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Gibson General Hospital Skilled Nursing Unit in Princeton.
She was born January 24, 1934 in Ft. Branch, IN to Gaskel and Paulina (Reed) Singleton.
She was a member of the Bethel Memorial Church and was a former Awana leader. She was a member of the former VFW Ladies Aux. in Princeton, the former Road Earles Car Club and the former Easy Rollers Skate Club.
She is survived by her children, Penny (Russ) Goddard of Princeton, Gary (Rella Mae) Bush of Ft. Branch, Deborah (Tim) Selby of Owensville and Tamara Teeters of Oakland City; 13 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren; sister, Mary Jo Willis of Princeton; 2 brothers, Larry (Connie) Singleton of Cumming, Georgia, and Morris “Fred” (Debby) Singleton of Bonne Terre, Missouri.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert McIntire in 2001; son, Ronald Bush; grandchildren, Jennifer Taylor and Kerry Ray Teeters; brother, Jackie Singleton; brother-in-law, Paul Willis; great grandchild, Leo Teeters.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM Sunday, January 15, 2017 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor Kevin Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery in Ft. Branch. Visitation will be from noon until service time on Sunday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
