Garry Lee Taylor, 63, of Princeton, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016 at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton.

He was born on May 6, 1953 in Henderson, KY to Charles J. “Shine” & Anna Marie (Sights) Taylor.

He was the Operations Manager at Superior Ag in Patoka for the past 29 years. He was a very proud show choir dad and a very proud band dad. He was a member of Gideon’s International & the FFA Advisory Board. He was the Superintendent of the Lower Patoka River Conservancy District. He was a member of the New Life Church of the Nazarene in Princeton.

He is survived by his wife, Tina (LaMar) Taylor, to whom he was married on March 24, 1979; son, Bryce (Arrika) Taylor; daughter, Kylie (Matt) Nicolosi; mother-in-law, Jeanette LaMar; 2 brothers, Dick (Judi) Taylor & Danny (Mona) Taylor; 2 sisters, Maria Adams & Connie Bernhardt; 3 grandchildren, Saige, Whitley & Maisy.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Mick Taylor.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, officiated by Rev. Andrew Johnson. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be from 3 pm until 8 pm on Friday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
