Kaleb J. Elpers, 21, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2016 at his residence.
He was born on Nov. 16, 1995 in Evansville, IN to Jim Elpers and Angie Elpers.
Kaleb was a member of the St. James Catholic Church in Haubstadt, IN. He was hard working individual and always was willing to help others. Kaleb loved his dogs. He was employed by Toyota Manufacturing, He was also top of his class in diesel mechanics.
Kaleb was preceded in death by a brother Jeremy Elpers.
He is survived by his parents, Jim and Julie Elpers of Evansville, IN, and Angie Elpers and her significant other Brent Klump of Evansville, IN. His Brother Josh Elpers and fiancee, Kalee Rexing and their son, Liam of Louisville, KY, Sister, Katie Elpers of Haubstadt, IN. A step sister Erica (Josh) Verbeck and a step brother Lucas Bullington both of Wadesville, IN. Grandparents, Jim and Rita Elpers of Evansville, IN, Leo and Miriam Alvey of Marion, KY, and a great grand parent, Josephine Alvey of Evansville, IN.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted on Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2016 at 11:00 am at the St. James Catholic Church in Haubstadt, IN, with Fathers John Boeglin, Tony Ernst, and Kenneth Betz, co-celebrants. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016 at the Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN, and again from 10:00 am until service time at the church on Wednesday.
