Elsie Josephine Phillips, 93, of Princeton, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2016 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.

She was born October 30, 1922 in Oakland City, IN to the late Cordie and Mattie (Stewart) Rothrock.

She is survived by her sister, Mildred Lemmons of Henderson, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry Phillips; a sister, Ruth Willis; and 2 brothers, Ralph and Claude Rothrock.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton. Burial will be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
