Carroll Deon Fetcher, 77, passed away Friday, August 26, 2016 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.

He was born in Gibson County on July 23, 1939 to the late Basil Duane and Virginia Paul (Robinson) Fetcher.

Carroll was a graduate of Griffin High School class of 1957 served his country in the United States Navy and retired after 34 years from Country Mark as a supervisor.

Carroll is survived by his wife Ruby (McReynolds) after 58 years of marital bliss together they would bring three son into that union, Chris, Cary and Barry; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brothers, Troy (Karen), Kent (Patty) and Roger (Sherry) Fetcher; aunt, Pauline Crawford; and host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Martha Mason, June Oliver, Mike and Steve Fetcher.

Service will be on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Holders Funeral Home with military services by the retired military veterans Pastor Greg Morrison officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Griffin. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the service time at the funeral home.
