Doris J. McKinney, 84, of Francisco, passed away at home on Monday, July 18, 2016.   

She was born July 30, 1931 in Pike County, IN to Norman and Dessie Nance. 

She was an elementary teacher in Francisco for approximately 20 plus years.

She is survived by her husband Dillard, to whom she had been married for 64 years; two sons, Tim McKinney of Wheatonville, IN and Dan (Connie) McKinney of Francisco, IN; 4 grandchildren, Russell McKinney, Keith (Ashley) McKinney, Brandon (Natalie) McKinney, and Meagan (Ryan) Sermersheim; 1 great grandchild, Alexa McKinney. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Dan McKinney officiating. Visitation will be from 3 until 6 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
