Ada Louise McClurkin, 95, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, July 7, 2016.

She was born in Princeton September 5, 1920, lived 50+ years in Evansville, returned to Princeton in 1996 and has lived for the past 3 years at River Oaks Health Campus in Princeton.

She has been a committed Christian all her life and active in Bethel Memorial Church for the past several years.

Ada was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Harriet McClurkin, her brother Morton (Carol) McClurkin and a beloved Aunt Kate Miller, who raised her and her siblings from childhood.

She is survived by two devoted nieces Mary Sue McClurkin Knopf and Judy McClurkin, their children Amy Koch of Ft. Branch, Tammy Banser of Jamestown, NC, Kelli (Alex) Smith of Kill Devil Hills, NC, Christopher (JoAnna) Knopf of Haubstadt and 7 great, great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, IN, with Pastor Kevin Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be from 11AM until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
