Lorena M. (Mauck) Wilder, 100, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2016 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.

She was born in Gibson County on October 19, 1915 to the late Frank and Roxie (Jones) Mauck.

Lorena was a homemaker, had worked at Potter and Brumfield and was a member of the First General Baptist Church of Owensville.

She is survived by her daughter, Annavieve Creek, Jannavieve Higginbotham and Carol Warren; 6 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Frankie Mauck; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Darrell on May 17, 1991; grandson, Brent Creek; Siblings, Julia Butler, Sara Heckman, Susan Sinclair and Jerry Mauck.

Services will be on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with her great-grandson Jeremy Lang officiating. Burial will be in the Mauck Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the service time.
