Mary Jon Koch, 70, of Poseyville, Indiana, born to John George and Fay Edna (Wedlund) Rossich on May 6, 1946, in Tacoma, Washington, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

She was a nurse’s aid and had worked at Bethel Manor Nursing Home, Columbia Nursing Home and Loving Care Nursing Home and Pilot Truck Stop. She enjoyed shopping and yard sales.

Surviving are her husband: Ralph E. Koch, Jr.; 3 children: Michael Connelly of Evansville, Indiana, Nick Wallace of Wells, Indiana and Karen Blankenberger of Evansville, Indiana; 4 siblings: Susan Turnbull of Gig Harbor, Washington, Laurie Berkes of Independence, Oregon, Sara Newman of San Antonio, Texas and Dean Braaten of Libby, Montana; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at Werry Funeral Home in Poseyville, Indiana with burial in the Saulmon Cemetery. Rev. Paul Huntsman officiating.
Visitation will be from 4–8 p.m., Monday, May 9, 2016, at the funeral home.
