Martha N. Barrett, 86, formerly of Princeton passed away Saturday May 21, 2015 at the Heritage Center Nursing Home in Evansville. 

She was born Feb. 28, 1930 in Gibson County to James A. and Opha L. (Carnahan) Mason.

Martha was retired from North Gibson School Corporation where she worked in the cafeteria for 20 years. She had previously worked for Kittner Studios.  She was a member of the Tower Heights Church of God in Princeton.

She is survived by 2 sons, Timothy (Jessica) Barrett of Ft. Branch and Jeffrey (Lynn) Barrett of Princeton; 2 grandchildren, Kaitlynn and Collen Barrett; and a sister, Ruth Honey of Muncie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Marvin L. Barrett in 2008 and an infant daughter, Jeannie Sue Barrett; brothers, Donald Mason, Guy Mason, Bill Mason and sisters, Dorothy Keil, and Beth Greer.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor Skip Farmer officiating.  Burial will follow in the Decker Cemetery north of Princeton.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
