Harold D Norrick, 88, of Francisco passed away on Monday, January 18, 2016 at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton.

He was born on May 24, 1927 in Hosmer, IN to Melvin and Lori (Jenkins) Norrick.

He previously worked at Whirlpool for many years and then had been a heavy equipment operator for the Gibson County Hwy. Dept. for 10 years. He was a long-time member of the Francisco Gospel Ministry Church where he was very active. He was a US Army WWII Veteran stationed in Germany. 

He is survived by his children, Richard Norrick of Francisco, Carolyn Schmitt of Mackey, Ronald Norrick and Roger Norrick both of Oakland City; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Thelma Louise Hollingsworth of Anderson, IN and Shirley Bookout of Texas. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Elsie M. Norrick in 2014; twin brother, Earl Norrick; and a sister, Pauline Hon. 

Funeral Services will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, officiated by Pastor Henry Nelson. Burial will be at the Francisco Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 am until 1 pm on Saturday at the funeral home. Military Graveside services will be conducted by Retired Military Veterans.
