Jerry M. Maxam 80 of Haubstadt, IN formerly of Oakland City entered rest on
Tuesday January 26,2016 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN.

Jerry was born on Nov.14,1935 in Gibson County, IN to Maurice & Leola(Ebright)
Maxam.

He was preceded in death his Parents and Sisters: Nordeka McQueen and
Neveda Kidwell.

Was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and Oakland City Masonic Lodge #467 where he was Past Master. Jerry had worked at A.W.W. Railroad, Old Ben Coal and Flanders Electric. 

He is survived by wife of 57 years Marilyn Maxam of Haubstadt, IN, Son: Kevin Maxam (Patrick Curry) Oakland California, Several Nieces and Nephews and Extended Family 

Jerry requested no formal services or visitation.

Family has entrusted Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel for assistance.
