Jack Elvis Hale 81 of Oakland City entered rest on Monday Jan. 18,2016 at his home.

He was born on January 26,1934 in Mt. Olympus to Edward E. & Anna (May) Hale. 

Jack was preceded in death by his Parents a Sister Jenella Kolb and Grandson
Jared Hale.

He graduated from Mt. Olympus High School 1952 and Vincennes
College Real Estate Broker. For several years was a carpenter in the area.
Also, was member of Oakland City F.& A.M. Lodge #467, a Past Patron for
Order of Eastern Star and Past Pop for Order of Rainbow Girls. 

He is survived by wife of 63 years: Nona Carol (Phillips) Hale.
Sons: Kerry Hale of Princeton, IN and Kevin Hale of Evansville IN. 
Grandchildren: Jason Hale, Emmilea Gilmore and Jonie Hale. Great Grandchildren: Sean and Tricia Hale, Brothers: Jerry Hale of Michigan, John Hale of Arizon

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday Jan. 21,2016 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Atkinson Chapel Cemetery near Oatsville. Bro: Gene Burkhart and Bro: Bobby Askren will be officiating.

Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until services on Thursday.
