Edna Mae Clark, 89 of Princeton, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at the Waters of Princeton.

She was born May 18, 1926 in Princeton to Fidelis John and Frances Ann (Streicher) Schultheis.

She and her husband, Dick were retired owner/operators of Dick Clarks Family Restaurant in Princeton, which they founded in 1947. 

She attended Princeton High School and graduated from the Academy of Immaculate Conception in Ferdinand in 1944. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Princeton. She enjoyed playing bridge, visiting with people at the restaurant, traveling and especially spending time with her family. 

She is survived by a daughter; Barbara Smith of Florida, 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Julia Clark of Princeton and Mark and Vicky Clark of Evansville; son-in-law, Jack Winternheimer of Evansville; 10 grandchildren, Matt (Angie) Wrye, Ashley (Patrick) Loar, Doug (Erin) Smith, Mark Patrick (Shawna) Smith, Ryan Smith, Dr. Michael (Brittani) Clark, Lauren (Adam) Williams, Austin Clark, Brandon (Amber) Anslinger and Kyle (Laura) Anslinger; 9 great-grandchildren, Eli and Railey Smith, Jackson and Sullivan Smith, Kaitlyn and Tyler Wrye, Braxton, Mason and Reese Anslinger; several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard W. Clark in 1997; daughter, Terri Winternheimer in 2000; and 4 brothers and 2 sisters. 

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 p.m. Monday February 1, 2016 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. Ronald Zgunda as celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3 until 8 pm Sunday at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton.
