Charles L. Satterfield 92 of Oakland City entered rest on Sunday December 6, 2015 at Charlier Hospice Center in Evansville, IN.

He was born on Feb. 1, 1923 in Norris City, IL

Charles was a W.W. II Veteran serving in the United States Army. 

He was preceded in death by his Parents and two Step-Sons, Doug Myers (2008) and Terry Myers (2015).

He is survived by Wife: Billie (Myers) Satterfield of Oakland City, IN 
Son: Les Satterfield Oakland City, IN, Daughters: Etta Mae Calhoun of Kankakee, IL, Karen Moody of Mt. Zion, IL and Brenda Akers of New Castle, IN. Step sons: Roger Myers of Oakland City, Ron Myers of Winslow, and Darin Myers of Atlanta Ga., Step Daughter: Lana Getto of Oakland City, IN (10 Grandchildren and Several Great Grandchildren.

Services will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday Dec. 12,2015 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Montgomery Cemetery. Rev. Darin D. Nossett will be officiating,

Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M until services on Saturday at the chapel.
