Henry B. Kissel, age 85,
formerly of Haubstadt, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015 at West River
Health Campus in Evansville.
He was born in Vanderburgh County on January 15, 1930
to Henry M. and Cecilia M. (Martin) Kissel.
He retired from farming. Henry was a member of
St. James Catholic Church. He enjoyed reading.
Preceding him in death were his parents; one sister,
Rosalyn Oursler and four brothers: Raymond, Nolan, Vincent and Earl Kissel.
He is survived by two sisters; Edna (Paul) Becker of
Evansville and Helen (Harold) Wolf of Fort Branch. Three brothers: John
(Phyllis) Kissel of Princeton, Harold Kissel of Haubstadt and David (Mary) Kissel
of Bogart, GA. Several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be 11 AM Wednesday,
December 9 at St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Kenneth Betz as celebrant.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Friends may call from 9 to 11 AM Wednesday with a
Rosary beginning at 9 AM at the church. Wade Funeral Home is handling the
arrangements.
