Terry W. Stolz, 62, of Oakland
City passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at his home.
Terry was born on June 20, 1953 in Princeton, Indiana to
Alphonse and Bettye (Yeager) Stolz.
Terry was a farmer and a lifetime resident of Oakland City. He was an active
member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church of Oakland City and a recipient
of the Brute Award. He was a past director of the Gibson County Farm Bureau
COOP and also enjoyed woodworking.
He is survived by his parents; his wife of 35 years, Doris (Goedde) Stolz; sons, Joshua (Lori) Stolz
of Oakland City; Adam Stolz of Portland, Oregon;
daughter, Christina (Kevin) Menke of Fort Branch;
son, Andrew Stolz of Oakland City; 7 grandchildren,
Jared, Chloe, Isaac and Hannah Stolz and Kyra, Colin,
and Quinn Menke. Also, sisters, Brenda (Danny) Scott
of Oakland City and Monica (Rick) Mahan of Princeton; brothers, Mike (Kris) Stolz of Georgia and John (Linda) Stolz
of Oakland City.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on Saturday, November 28, 2015
at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Oakland City, officiated by Fr. Bernie
Etienne and Fr. Tony Ernst. Burial will be at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Fort
Branch.
There will be a prayer service at 2 pm followed by visitation until 8 pm on Friday at Corn-Colvin Funeral Home. There will be visitation at the church from 8:00 until 9:30 am on Saturday where a Rosary will be prayed at 9:30 am.
