Frank E. Ross 93 of Oakland City, IN entered rest on Monday
November 23, 2015 at Golden Living Center in Petersburg, IN
He was born on October 14, 1922 in Washington, IN to Oscar & Ona (Burton) Ross.
Frank was a W.W. 11 veteran serving in the United States Army. He was a
lifetime member of V.F.W. Post #1147 and now the
Petersburg V.F.W. Post #3587 and Oakland City American Legion Post #256. He was
past Commander of Oakland City American Legion and the 7th District of American
Legion. He was a retired farmer.
Frank was preceded in death by Wife Phyllis in May 1995.
He is survived by Sons: Frank E. (Diana) Ross Jr. of
Winslow, IN and Willis (Cindy) Ross of Oakland City, IN and Daughter Suezanne (James) Bradfield of Francisco, IN; Grandchildren:
Dr. Frank Ross III and Steven Ross, Matthew James (Heather) Bradfield and
Christopher Frank Bradfield, Dr. Shanda Pearl Ross, Whitney Jo Ross. Great
Grandchildren: Christopher D., Cole M., Harley M. and Kylee A. Bradfield, Mason
Slade-Ross and Kennedy James Nickel. Sister: Mary Miller of Sebring, FL.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday December 1, 2015 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Spurgeon Cemetery. Dr. Bob Doane will be officiating,
Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Monday at the Chapel.
