Audrey Doerner, 99, of Somerville, passed away Sunday, Nov. 15, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Home in Oakland City.

She was born Feb. 8, 1916 in Seelyville, IN to the late Alfred and Nannie (Kindred) Lecocq and had resided in the Somerville area most of her lifetime.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Somerville Wesleyan Church. 

Audrey is survived by her children, Richard A. Doerner of Elberfeld, Ronald L. Doerner of Somerville, Patricia F. Vaughn of Arnold, MO, Lester H. Doerner of Hillsboro, MO, Teresa D. Mottley of Licking, MO and Sharon Butcher of Oakland City; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Beverly O. Doerner in 1972; a daughter, Beverly Ann Knight; brothers, Frank and Herbert Lecocq; sisters, Louise Watson and Mary Greene; and one grandchild. 

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015 at the Corn-Colvin Funeral Home, 323 N. Main St. in Oakland City, with Pastor David Brandon officiating. Burial will follow at the Townsley Cemetery near Mackey.

Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Corn-Colvin Funeral Home.
