Don Henry Rosemeyer passed away Oct. 13, 2015 at LaVilla De Caring Hands Assisted Living in Tucson, Arizona.

He was born at home June 29, 1937, the son of Clarence Rosemeyer and Edna (Cromer) Rosemeyer.

He was baptized/confirmed at St. Stephens Church in Warrenton, and married to Carolyn Fudge (June 22, 1979), who survives him.

Don Henry graduated from Haubstadt High School in 1955 and then attended Purdue University. He graduated in 1959 with a bachelor of science degree in horticulture from Purdue School of Agriculture.

Following graduation, he worked at Hummert Seed Co. in St. Louis, Missouri, until he was inducted into the U.S. Army. After an honorable discharge, he resided in Tucson, where he owned and operated Ajo Way Nursery with his partner Joe Rose until 2009, when he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease.

Survivors include: a sister Laura Belle Rosemeyer Jackson (Max); step-sister Sondra Kramer Miller; niece Jenny Jackson; niece Daphne Jackson Budreau (Dale); great nephew Brent Budreau; great nieces Leah Budreau, Maria Budreau, and Kendra Budreau; step-niece Joni Miller Jennings; aunt Connie Cromer; aunt Mary Cromer; cousin Terry Loewenkamp (Patty); cousin Marcia Cromer Reising (Kenny); Linda Cairns Kuester (David); cousin Mike Cromer (Lynn); cousin Pam Cromer McBride (Pat); cousin Steve Butler (Linda); cousin Judy Cromer Kilian (Steve); cousin Kim Schmett (Connie); cousin Brenda Butler Bowman; cousin Cindy Cairns Krutina (Dan); cousin David Cromer (Mary); cousin Larry Cromer; cousin Janet Cromer Hamer (Chuck); and cousin Ron Cromer (Darlene).
