Kenneth “Ick” Madison, 74, of Patoka passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at The Waters of Princeton.
He was born on July 20, 1941 in Lyles Station and lived in Gibson County most of his life.
He graduated from Lyles Station School and Princeton High
School. He was a machine operator with Case International. He was an avid
artist.
He is survived by his children, Cheryl (Madison) Pope of Indianapolis, Crickett Overton of Ft. Branch, Sherry Brown of Princeton,
Juan Madison of Princeton and Shawn Madison of Patoka; 24 grandchildren and 19
great grandchildren; brother, Harold Madison of Kalamazoo, MI; sisters, Sharon
Hadley of Princeton, Deborah Clayton and Angela Johnson both of Jeffersonville,
IN and Marva Cunegin of Indianapolis, sister-in-law,
Debbie Hardiman, Princeton and 10 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Bernietha
(Madison) Booth; and his wife, Gail Madison in 2008 and a brother Daniel Hardiman.
Graveside Services will be held at 11 am on Friday, September 18, 2015 at Sand
Hill Cemetery in Princeton, officiated by Rev. Milton Clayton. Burial will
follow. There will be no visitation. Family and friends will meet at the
cemetery. Colvin Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
