Jimmie J. Dunn 70, of Francisco, IN passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the VNA & Charlier Hospice Center, located in Evansville, IN.

He was born March 16, 1945 in Princeton, IN to Percy and Dessie (Murphy) Dunn both of which have preceded.

He worked as a construction laborer out of the Local #561

On August 15, 1964, in Princeton, IN, he was married to Barbara Griesemer.

Mr. Dunn was a life long area resident and was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Oakland City. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and loved Sunday dinners and spending time with his family. He also loved spending time in his garden.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara of Francisco and son, Daniel “Joe” (Cheryl) Dunn also of Francisco. Other survivors include daughters; LeAnne (Scot) Turpin of Princeton, Gina Dunn of Francisco and Lisa (Jeff) Wilkison of Buckskin. Also surviving are the grandchildren; Zach (Kim) Turpin, Julie (Clay) Hunter, Whitney Dunn, Colton Dunn, Taylor Dunn, Jordan Wilkison and Baylee Wilkison as well as great grandchildren; Ryder Hunter, Anson Turpin, Greyson James and Deklynn Dunn.

He is preceded by parents and brothers; Jerry, Bud and Jr. and sisters Rose Pride and Norma Jean Burns.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at the Francisco Gospel Ministry Church, located at 5941 W. S.R. 64, Francisco, IN. 47649 with Rev. Gene Burkhardt officiating. Internment will take place in the IOOF cemetery in Francisco.

Visitation will be at the Francisco Gospel Ministry Church on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 12:00 noon until time of service at 3:00 P.M.
