Juanita Smith 94, of Hazleton, IN, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at the Gibson General Hospital of Princeton.

She was born November 5, 1920 in Centralia, IL to John W. and Nell (Fowler) Martin both of which precede.

Juanita has been involved in the retail merchandising for many years with her last position being the store manager for The Dollar General Store in Princeton.

In 1936 at a shoe store in Henderson, KY she was married to Ova Smith who also precedes, and has been a Gibson county area resident since 1941.

She was also a member of the Hazleton United Methodist Church.

Juanita is survived by sister, Patricia (Billie) Killman of Hartford, KY, Granddaughter, Stephanie (Ken) Smith – Montgomery of Hazleton and great grandchildren; Mya Smith of Princeton, IN, Kyle Montgomery of Hazleton, IN & Levi Montgomery also of Hazleton, IN. Also surviving is a great great grandchild, Vander Hatfield.

She is preceded by her parents, husband and son, Larry Smith.

Interment will take place at Webber Campground Cemetery in Galatia, IL. A private family graveside service will be held.
