Clarence F. Weiss, 88 passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Transcendent Healthcare of Boonville. 

He was born March 26, 1927 in Haubstadt to Joseph and Katherine (Voegle) Weiss. 

Clarence retired from Emge Packing Co. 

He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, an Honorary Life member of Knights of Columbus Council #2215.  Clarence was a U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II serving in The Philippines.  He was a member of V.F.W. Post #2714.  Clarence was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. He loved collecting hats.  He was very proud of his family. 

Preceding him in death were his parents; 2 wives; Clara Mae (Kuhlenschmidt) and Evelyne (Reisinger).  2 infant sons and 2 infant daughters.  A son-in-law, Robert Hill, 2 sisters and 14 brothers.

He is survived by his daughter, Cathy Hill of Spurgeon, IN, 1 step-daughter, Janet Reisinger of Evansville; 1 step-son, Keith (Eve) Reisinger of Florida, 1 grandaughter "Of the Heart", Patty Stewart; 2 great-grandchildren "Of the Heart",  Matt and Meghan Stewart; 1 step-grandaughter, Lisa (Kent) Hoefling, 1 step-grandson, Brian Wiggins, 2 step-great-grandsons, Tyler and Derrick Hoefling all of Evansville.

A Mass of Christian burial will be 11:00 AM CST Friday, April 10, 2015 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Fr. Tony Ernst and Fr. Sudhakar Bhastati as celebrants.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery with military rites.  

Friends may call from 9:00 to 11:00 AM CST Friday, April 10 at the church.
