Robert H. Kirchoff, 89
passed away March 9, 2015.
Bob was born to George and Margaret (Koalska) Kirchoff in St. Paul,
Minnesota December 12, 1925.
Bob worked for Armour and
Company in St. Paul, Minnesota, Springfield, Kentucky, Lampasas, Texas and
Princeton, Indiana from 1947 until 1985. He then worked at Hansen Mfg. until
1992. In St. Paul, Bob was Commander of
his American Legion Post; he was a member of Princeton Knights of Columbus, VFW
Auxiliary, and Princeton Country Club. After retirement he did volunteer work
for St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Bob is survived by his wife, Jackie; son, Rob (Missi)
Kirchoff; son-in-law, Dennis Casey; grandchildren,
Lori (Bob) Haselman, Sean (Shannon) Jodi, Brian and
Kevin Casey and Logan Kirchoff; great grandchildren,
Sara, Eric, Keegan, Brennon, Cierra, Lakiesha.
Bob was preceded death by his parents; daughters, Margaret Casey and Mary
Elizabeth Kirchoff; brother, Gene and stepfather,
George Lovewell.
Bob enjoyed golfing, fishing, bowling, Bocce Ball and Cribbage.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 13, 2015 at
St. Joseph Catholic Church, Princeton, Indiana with Father Ronald Zgunda, celebrant.
There will be no visitation.
Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in
Princeton, Indiana. Military graveside services will be conducted by retired
military veterans. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, IN has been entrusted with
arrangements.
