Allen W. Wilson, 80, passed away Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015 at Transcendent Healthcare of Owensville.

He was born Sept. 9, 1934 in Gibson County son of Hobart and Clara (Richardson) Wilson.

Al served his country in the United States Army owned and operated the Wilson Lumber Company and was a lifetime member of the South Gibson VFW.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra L (Hurt) Wilson; son, Chris Wilson; step-children, Mitchell Belsheim and Lisa Martin; 5 grandchildren, Alex, Orin and Conner Wilson, Alyssa Martin, Eli Belsheim; sister, Imogene Higginbotham; brothers, Everett and Roy Wilson.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Rosalie Davis.

Services will be held on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Holders Funeral Home in Owensville with Bob Douglas officiating. Burial will be in the Maumee Cemetery with military graveside service conducted by the retired military veterans.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the service time at the funeral home.
