Greta Mitchell age 77 of Kissimmee, FL, formerly of Mt Carmel, IL, passed away Friday, February 26, 2015 at her residence.

She was born in the “Bottoms” of Patoka on January 30, 1938 to Emery and Lula (Cantwell) Holland.

Miss Mitchell worked as the manager of the electronics dept at Wal-Mart. She was married to Leroy Mitchell who preceded her in death on July 19, 1984. After his passing she dedicated her life to raising their children. She was dedicated to her family and her children came first. She was considered strong willed yet cute.

She is survived by her 2 sons; Roy Keith (Anna) Mitchell of Jackson, Miss and Brian Allan (Rebecca) Mitchell of Kissimmee, FL., and a daughter, Janet Wolfe of Kissimmee, FL. Also surviving are 2 brothers; Bill Holland of Princeton, IN and Harold Holland of Prescott, AZ along with 5 sisters; Nancy Dossett of Nashville, TN, Janet Drew of Princeton, Karen Slaughter of Nashville, TN, Mary Smith of Princeton, IN, Phyllis Drew of Princeton, IN and Virginia White of Princeton, IN. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by parents, husband, brother, Robert Holland and sisters; Norma Miskell & Loretta Holland.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, March 3, 2015 at 11: 00 A.M. at Doyle Funeral Home located at 520 S. Main St., Princeton, IN 47670 with internment to take place in Maple Hill Cemetery of Princeton.
