Larry (L.G.) Glenn McKinney age 76 entered his heavenly home Wednesday, February 4th, 2015.

He just celebrated 57 years of marriage with his wife, Doris Valettia (Parke) McKinney on February 1st, 2015.

Larry was born on February 10th, 1938 in Lynnville, Indiana to Clarence and Imel (Valice) McKinney.

He was a school teacher, business owner and piano tuner by trade. He spent many years in the Allendale, IL, Winslow and Owensville, IN Public School District teaching band, choir and orchestra. He then went on to own his own music business until he retired.

He was a gifted musician and had a passion for music that he wanted to share with others. He also loved sharing a meal with family around the table and teaching the grandchildren how to play a song on the piano.

He is survived by his wife Doris V. (Parke) McKinney, his sons Kevin K. (Julie) McKinney, Cameron T.(Gayle) McKinney, his daughter Candi K. (Todd) Bland, his two brothers Gary (Mary Helen) McKinney, Jerry (Bev) McKinney, 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren as well as numerous brother in laws, sister
in laws, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Imel (Valice Seibe) McKinney.

A visitation will be held from 12:00-2:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 7th, 2015 at Bethel Church, 1520 S. Main St., Princeton, IN with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:00pm. Burial will be held privately at Hight Chapel Cemetery.
