Elwood “Woody” Pride 90, of Algiers, IN entered rest on Monday at his home.

He was born on November 14, 1924 in Gibson County to Terry & Fanny (Jenkins) Pride. Woody has worked for J I Case in Terre Haute as a Tool Engineer.

Surviving are his wife of 69 years: Helen (Culbertson) Pride of Algiers, IN; Daughters: Cynthia Coleman of Oakland City, IN; Molly Malinda Miles of Terre Haute IN; Son: Michael Elwood Pride of Oakland City, IN; (6) Grandchildren (12) Great Grandchildren (1) Great-Great Grandchild.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. EST Thursday January 29, 2015 at the Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Willis Cemetery. Rev. Pat McCandless will be officiating.

Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. EST until services on Thursday.
