Thelma G. Miller 93 of Oakland City entered rest on Tuesday January 20, 2015, at Amber Manor Care Center in Petersburg, IN

She was born on June 22, 1921 in Gibson County, IN to Earl Sr. & Edna (Beck) Jenkins.

She was preceded in death by her husband Heber Miller.

During her lifetime she had worked at Republic Aviation in Evansville, helped her late husband on the farm and retired from Uniroyal in Washington, IN after 28 years.

Thelma was a member of Knights Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church. In her later years she attended Oakland City Church of The Nazarene.

She is survived by daughter: Fonda (George) Orr of Oakland City, IN; Son: Lindon (Marie) Miller of Petersburg, IN; (10)  Grandchildren (17) Great Grandchildren (7) Great -Great Grandchildren; and a sister:  Maxine Workman of Odon, IN.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday January 23, 2015 at the Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Miller Cemetery. Rev. Darin D. Nossett will be officiating,

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 8:00 A.M. until services on Friday.
