Mary E. Krieg, 73, of Oakland City passed away Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015 at Gibson General Hospital.

She was born Nov. 26, 1941 in Evansville, to Jesse Quiggins and Lena Smith.

Mary was a retired store clerk and a member of Oakland City American Legion Post #256 Auxiliary.

She is survived by daughters, Ramona Stewart and Christina Casey of Orange Beach, Alabama; son, Ben Casey of Indianapolis; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Cartwright of Lynnville,.

There will be no services or visitation. Lamb-Basham Memorial chapel has been entrusted to care for the family.
