Orvil E. “Art” Frohbieter, 85, passed away Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015 at Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.

He was born Dec. 23, 1929 in Vanderburgh County son of Edgar and Versa (Blythe) Frohbieter.

Survivors include his children, Tawanna (Don) Seeley, Twilla McConnell, Jeff (Tina) Frohbieter; nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Carl (Pauline) Frohbieter. 

He was preceded in death by his parent, and wife of 62 years, Lois June on Jan. 30, 2012; sister, Evelyn Steinkuhl.

 Services will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Holders Funeral Home with Bart Newton officiating. Burial will be in the Clark Cemetery.
