Carolyn Sue “Susie” Arnold, 80, of Spurgeon, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville.

She was born August 6, 1934 in Gibson County, Indiana to the late Cloyd and Olevia (Pancake) Arnold and resided in the Spurgeon area most of her lifetime.

“Susie” was a member of the Spurgeon Regular Baptist Church. 

She is survived by her two sisters, Dianna (Joe) Blatnic of Spurgeon and Connie (Rick) Houchin of Stendal; nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. CST on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at the Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City, with Elder Tim Hopper officiating. Burial will follow at the Spurgeon Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. CST on Friday at the Corn-Colvin Funeral Home.
