Jimmie H. Thomas, 75, of Ft. Branch, IN passed away on Friday, December 26, 2014 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.

He was born on April 22, 1939 in Gibson County to William Thomas and Mable (Belcher) Thomas Hall.

He worked for Wilbert Vault Company for over 31 years. He attended the Ft. Branch Nazarene Church. He was an Indianapolis Colts fan and loved spending time with his family. 

He is survived by his wife, Grace Thomas of Ft. Branch; sons, Stephen Thomas and James (Joann) Lloyd both of Ft. Branch; grandchildren, Brady Morris and Jami Walden; great grandson, Simon Walden; sisters, Louise (Pat) Ridgely of Kentucky and Dorothy McIntyre of Owensville; brothers, John (Patty) Thomas of Indianapolis and Rick (Olive) Thomas of Patoka; his mother-in-law, Dorothy Wirth of Princeton; and several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brother and 2 sisters. 

Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, officiated by Pastor Chris Breeden. Burial will be at the Decker Cemetery near Patoka.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 pm on Monday at the funeral home.
